How do I use Suölo®
Just use Suölo® Reduced Sodium Sea Salt as you would regular salt. See our recipe suggestions for all our Suölo seasonings.
Is Suölo® safe for everyday use?
Yes. Suölo® seasonings contain essential minerals and natural food ingredients which are approved for food use. The proportion of minerals in Suölo® seasonings are designed so that it is unlikely that you will exceed recommended daily intake values when used as part of a normal diet and healthy lifestyle.
Always consult a doctor if you are taking medicines for your heart, diabetes or a kidney disorders before using any reduced sodium salt.
What is the difference between Suölo® and sea salt?
Sea Salts are derived from natural sources but they contain as much sodium as regular table salt. Suölo® seasonings offers the salty taste of sea salt with 50% less sodium and much higher levels of the naturally occurring minerals, potassium and magnesium.
Does Suölo® contain iodine?
Suölo Reduced Sodium Sea Salt, Black Pepper and Seaweed Seasoning contains a natural source of iodine.
Can Suölo® be used in cooking?
Suölo® can be used in cooking and at the table for seasoning. It handles, looks like and tastes like salt. See our recipe suggestions for all our Suölo seasonings.
Is Suölo® suitable for a vegetarian or vegan diet?
Yes. Suölo® is free from all animal products or by-products and no animal ingredients are used in the manufacturing process. It is not tested on animals.
Are Suölo® seasonings suitable for children?
Suölo® seasonings are suitable for all the family but as they contain some salt are not advised for baby weaning foods.

Are Suölo® seasonings suitable for Keto, Low Carb & Paleo lifestyles?
Suolo seasonings are suitable for Keto, Low Carb and Paleao lifestyles as they contain either no or extremely small amounts of available carbohydrate.
How spicy is the Reduced Sodium Sea Salt, Black Pepper & Chilli?
This is a very subjective matter but consumer research has indicated that the Reduced Sodium Sea Salt, Black Pepper and Chilli seasoning has a level of chilli heat that is very acceptable to most consumers. If you want more heat just add a bit more chilli powder!
How do I store your products?
Always shut the cap lid after use and store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight - like any other seasoning.
